How do I change my landline service to E.Tel?
Report this request to your current telephone service provider, then contact us through phone or email. Please fill out either an online application form or request for one to be sent to you via fax. After confirmation of all details, your service will be churned to our company.
How to activate your online account
Call us on 1300 38 35 88 to get your account number and password. Please activate your account on Activate E.Bill Account at the top navigation of our webpage under Account section. For a fixed line service, please check your bills at E-Bill Online on top of our webpage.
To check your latest bill
Call us to get your online account number and password, then log onto your account on e.Bill Online. You will be able to see your latest bill, which is undated on the 10th of every month.
To cancel fixed phone service
Please notify us at least a month before the next billing issued. Fill up the cancellation notice form and return back to us via fax at (02) 9280 1881.
